INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING as of 2020 international packages are sent via Express Courier International to New Zealand and DHL for the rest of the world. All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Melbourne with either Australia Post or DHL and you will be provided a tracking number at the time of dispatch.

RETURNS
We take great pride in our products and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible - we need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover your return shipping.
If you have a purchased the incorrect size in any of our products email our team at hello@gnancy.com and we will inform you of the conditions of an exchange. Please note return shipping for exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange a product. Should the product be out of stock we will offer you an alternative or credit.
