We ship all of our beautiful pieces from our (shared) warehouse in Dandenong South, Melbourne, Victoria.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders AU$75 or over within Australia. 

  • All shipments are tracked
  • Shipping for orders under AU$75 we charge a small flat rate fee of AU$7.00 to cover part of the post for your order, we chip in for the rest, lucky you!

Express Postage is available at the checkout if required - this is speediest option to ship your pyjamas to you and is a discounted flat rate (because we love you!)

Please allow 3-5 days to pack your order with a delivery estimate of 3-4 working days for them to slip under your pillow.

Please note WA and TAS may take a smidge longer. If you need your order in a hurry please select Express Shipping at checkout. 

Don't forget... it's important! Packing and delivery times will extend at peak PJ moments during the year. This includes our new season launches, Festive PJ Holidays like Christmas and Easter, and our very rare mystery boxes and sale events. During these times please be patient while we pack a mountain of PJs - expect a further seven days to get your order on it's merry way. 

NEW ZEALAND - since you are just over the water we consider you barely international... so we offer you a special shipping rate too!

  • All shipments are tracked - you can use the same tracking number on both Australia Post and New Zealand Post when your order gets closer to you

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING as of 2024 our international packages are sent via Express Courier International Across the world for the rest of the world. A flat shipping rate is calculated based on the zone of the destination country. You will be provided a tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep track and make sure it is collected from your local post office!

Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer. Items should arrive at their destination within the time frame specified below, however as Australian Post is not in control of all parts of the delivery chain they can not guarantee that your order will reach it's destination in the time specified below. Delivery to destinations outside major cities may take longer. 

Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. If this happens to you often and you are concerned about this please email us hello@gnancy.com and we can send you a quote to have your order insured.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES SHIPPED OVERSEAS. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES WILL NOT BE REPLACED.  

All items purchased from g.nancy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS

We take great pride in thoughtfully designing our pyjamas and trust our makers construct our pyjamas to the highest quality. If for any reason you are not happy with your pyjamas or have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible - we need to be notified within 7 days of your order arriving with you. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover your return shipping.

If you have a purchased the incorrect size in any of our products please email our team at hello@gnancy.com and we will let you know the best way to book your return and purchase the best size for your family! Please note return shipping for exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide an order number with your return or exchange request so that we can process the request swiftly for you! Should the size you wish for be out of stock we will offer you an alternative or credit. 

If you purchased an item somewhere other than our website please contact the retail store you purchased from and follow their Return and Exchange procedures. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - SALE ITEMS

If you have purchased items from a dedicated sale - all sales are final - we will not be offering any returns or exchanges on sale items.
