Our Christmas PJs are PRE-ORDER for delivery early November. The PRE-ORDER will be open for two weeks for you to order Christmas PJs for your family.

Our Kids PJs are designed to last two years. If you are buying at the beginning of a size bracket your pjs will need a roll at the cuff and ankle, the next season they won't need a roll and by the third season they will be a lovely slim fit!
If you buy a set of pjs at the end of the size bracket your pjs will be a lovely slim fit right away.
AUSTRALIA
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over AU$75 within Australia. All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Melbourne via Australia Post unless otherwise stated. All shipments are tracked.
Shipping for orders under AU$75 we charge a small flat rate fee of AU$7.00 to cover part of the post for your order.
Express Postage is available at the checkout at your cost if required - this is currently the fastest option to ship your goods and is a discounted flat rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING as of 2020 international packages are sent via Express Courier International to New Zealand and DHL for the rest of the world. A flat shipping rate is calculated based on the zone of the destination country. All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Melbourne with either Australia Post or DHL and you will be provided a tracking number at the time of dispatch.

RETURNS
We take great pride in our products and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible - we need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover your return shipping.
If you have a purchased the incorrect size in any of our products email our team at hello@gnancy.com and we will inform you of the conditions of an exchange. Please note return shipping for exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange a product. Should the product be out of stock we will offer you an alternative or credit.
If you purchased an item somewhere else other than our website please contact the store and follow their Return and Exchange procedures.
