My horror at brands with 'Stocking Stuffer' collections filled with $35 - $60 pressies caught me off guard. I am a small business after all and I too would love customers to stop by and shop with us this Christmas... but it haunted me that there might be parents out there thinking they should push themselves to fill their kids stocking with $50 gifts. At a time when most us are already over stretched it feels like a cruel trick to play. 

I mentioned it to my wonderful community of snoozy g.nancy fans and together we came up with a list of affordable but also thoughtful, playful and nostalgic ideas to fill that stocking for less this year!
